La GBTA considera necesaria la regulaci\u00f3n de la UE debido a la actual escasez de opciones de viaje multimodales disponibles, a pesar de la fuerte demanda. Los principales problemas que deben abordarse son las condiciones poco claras para combinar y revender servicios de movilidad y la falta de informaci\u00f3n coherente sobre emisiones. La GBTA recomienda a la Comisi\u00f3n que se centre en garantizar el acceso abierto a los datos de transporte para las plataformas MDMS, proporcionar datos armonizados sobre emisiones de GEI, asegurar una presentaci\u00f3n neutral de las opciones de viaje para la elecci\u00f3n del consumidor y garantizar los servicios de pasajeros a trav\u00e9s de una ventanilla \u00fanica.
