Are you interested in using AI to increase productivity in your role as a business travel buyer but aren’t sure where to begin? \nIn this two-hour online session\, participants are introduced to the art of prompting – the formulation of targeted input that leads to better\, more relevant output from tools such as ChatGPT. The session focuses on buyer-relevant\, real-world scenarios\, helping participants understand how AI can support common tasks such as drafting communications\, organizing information\, and working more efficiently day to day. \nLearners will practice effective prompting in a small‑group setting while observing tools on a shared screen.
