DESCRIPTION:As business travel adapts to shifting economic conditions\, managed travel programmes must revise their policies to align with corporate objectives while addressing employee needs. GBTA\, in partnership with FREENOW for Business\, will present key findings from a recent survey of business travellers and travel managers across several European countries. This study examines the “last mile” duty of care—the final segment of a journey from a transportation hub to the destination—in four markets: Germany\, the United Kingdom\, Ireland\, and Spain.
