Au cours de l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, les voyageurs d&#039;affaires sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement satisfaits de la r\u00e9servation de voyages d&#039;affaires par le biais de divers canaux.<\/p>\n<p>Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, au Royaume-Uni et en Australie, plus de 85\u00a0% des voyageurs d&#039;affaires sont satisfaits de r\u00e9server directement aupr\u00e8s d&#039;une compagnie a\u00e9rienne ou d&#039;un h\u00f4tel, tandis qu&#039;environ les trois quarts sont satisfaits d&#039;utiliser un outil de r\u00e9servation en ligne (OBT). Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, deux acheteurs de voyages sur cinq (38 %) dans des entreprises qui autorisent actuellement les r\u00e9servations via des canaux alternatifs pensent qu&#039;ils seront moins susceptibles de le faire dans cinq ans. Ce nombre passe \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (49%) des acheteurs de voyages dans des entreprises qui n&#039;autorisent actuellement pas les r\u00e9servations via des canaux alternatifs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1577\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ConcurPost2_likelihoodtobook-alternative-channels.png\" alt=\"ConcurPost2_likelihoodtobook alternative channels\" width=\"394\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent une d\u00e9connexion entre les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des voyageurs et l&#039;orientation future des programmes de voyage. Cependant, les TMC pourraient \u00e9galement y voir une opportunit\u00e9. Comprendre pourquoi les voyageurs aiment r\u00e9server directement et int\u00e9grer autant que possible cette exp\u00e9rience dans la r\u00e9servation via un OBT peut augmenter le niveau de satisfaction et de conformit\u00e9 avec un outil d&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cinq ans, les canaux alternatifs existeront toujours et les voyageurs d&#039;affaires les utiliseront toujours, mais c&#039;est \u00e0 l&#039;acheteur de voyages et \u00e0 son TMC de d\u00e9terminer comment g\u00e9rer ce comportement.
