Chaque jour, lorsque les voyageurs d&#039;affaires franchissent les contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des a\u00e9roports, leur tension art\u00e9rielle augmente alors qu&#039;ils font la queue pour enlever leurs chaussures, retirer leur ceinture et placer leurs ordinateurs portables dans leurs propres poubelles s\u00e9par\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le monde peut comprendre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 efficaces, mais, pour beaucoup, cette appr\u00e9ciation n\u2019att\u00e9nue pas l\u2019aggravation ressentie lorsqu\u2019on franchit une ligne lente.<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle enqu\u00eate, la <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/foundation\/pressreleases\/Pages\/rls_02116.aspx\/?Source=http:\/\/www.gbta.org\/lists\/news\/Allitems_all.aspx\">GBTA Business Traveler Sentiment Index\u2122 en partenariat avec American Express<\/a>, met en lumi\u00e8re une meilleure fa\u00e7on de contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress pendant le processus de contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Selon l&#039;enqu\u00eate, les voyageurs d&#039;affaires qui se sont inscrits \u00e0 l&#039;un des plus grands programmes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bas\u00e9s sur les risques du pays \u2013 connu sous le nom de TSA PreCheck \u2013 rapportent une exp\u00e9rience de voyage en avion nettement meilleure que leurs pairs qui ne l&#039;ont pas fait.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1665\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/TSAPreCheckStats.jpg\" alt=\"TSAPreCheckStats\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 800 voyageurs d&#039;affaires s&#039;ils \u00e9taient satisfaits du processus actuel pour passer les contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les a\u00e9roports. Les deux tiers (66 %) des voyageurs d&#039;affaires inscrits au TSA PreCheck se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s satisfaits du processus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En comparaison, 47 % des voyageurs d&#039;affaires non inscrits au programme se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s satisfaits.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, les personnes inscrites au TSA PreCheck sont plus susceptibles d&#039;\u00eatre satisfaites de voyager en avion \u2013 66 % \u2013 contre 54 % pour celles qui ne sont pas inscrites.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette enqu\u00eate, nous avons \u00e9galement examin\u00e9 qui s&#039;est inscrit au programme. Dans ce domaine, les baby-boomers sont plus avertis en mati\u00e8re de voyages que leurs coll\u00e8gues plus jeunes : 51 % des baby-boomers (55 ans et plus) interrog\u00e9s sont inscrits ; contre 37 % des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (35-54 ans) et seulement 32 % des Millennials (18-34 ans). L\u2019une des consid\u00e9rations \u00e0 prendre en compte est que les v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de la route ont probablement des d\u00e9cennies de voyages d\u2019affaires \u00e0 leur actif et sont parfaitement conscients de la valeur que TSA PreCheck apporte \u00e0 leurs voyages.<\/p>\n<p>Chez GBTA, nous soutenons fermement les programmes bas\u00e9s sur les risques. Les retards aux contr\u00f4les aux points de contr\u00f4le et les longues files d\u2019attente aux douanes dans les a\u00e9roports co\u00fbtent du temps et de l\u2019argent aux voyageurs et r\u00e9duisent les opportunit\u00e9s commerciales.
