Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/foundation\/pressreleases\/Pages\/rls_022516.aspx\/?Source=http:\/\/www.gbta.org\/lists\/news\/Allitems_all.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une nouvelle enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de plus de 100 acheteurs de voyages \u00e0 travers l&#039;Am\u00e9rique du Nord, sponsoris\u00e9e par Amadeus<\/a>, ce sont les contrats h\u00f4teliers dans lesquels les acheteurs de voyages peuvent fournir les compl\u00e9ments les plus recherch\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs voyageurs au moindre co\u00fbt pour leurs organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Le sondage, <em>Ajouts pr\u00e9cieux au contrat de fournisseur\u00a0: prioriser + communiquer = \u00e9conomiser<\/em> a constat\u00e9 que le Wi-Fi gratuit \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le compl\u00e9ment h\u00f4telier le plus pr\u00e9cieux \u2013 avec 99 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarant qu&#039;il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9cieux. L&#039;enqu\u00eate parrain\u00e9e par Amadeus a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les acheteurs de voyages consacrent entre deux heures \u00e0 un contrat immobilier individuel et cinq heures \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier avec une cha\u00eene h\u00f4teli\u00e8re. N\u00e9gocier un contrat avec une cha\u00eene h\u00f4teli\u00e8re co\u00fbte environ $260.*<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, la n\u00e9gociation des tarifs compl\u00e9mentaires des compagnies a\u00e9riennes est beaucoup plus difficile pour les acheteurs de voyages. L&#039;ajout le plus pr\u00e9cieux \u2013 aucun frais de modification ou d&#039;annulation d&#039;un itin\u00e9raire \u2013 n&#039;\u00e9tait toujours ou souvent n\u00e9goci\u00e9 dans un contrat seulement 25 % du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Les acheteurs de voyages ont mieux r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier des dispenses de changement de nom pour les billets et les cr\u00e9dits de billets, ces modules compl\u00e9mentaires apparaissant 61% de l&#039;\u00e9poque.
