Dans le but d&#039;\u00e9liminer la \u00ab mentalit\u00e9 universelle \u00bb de la TSA, l&#039;Administrateur a soulign\u00e9 les programmes pilotes actuellement en cours dans les a\u00e9roports \u00e0 travers le pays. L&#039;une d&#039;elles en particulier concerne les voies automatis\u00e9es qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;a\u00e9roport Hartsfield d&#039;Atlanta. \u00ab Nous avons constat\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de 30 \u00e0 40 % du d\u00e9bit dans ces voies \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une des fa\u00e7ons dont nous cherchons \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les frictions pour le voyageur\u2026 Nous sommes toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire des affaires. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Un sujet qui a beaucoup pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 le public de la GBTA \u00e9tait le syst\u00e8me PreCheck de la TSA, qui est pass\u00e9 d&#039;environ 4 000 inscriptions par jour lorsque Peter Neffenger a pris le relais \u00e0 environ 20 000 par jour aujourd&#039;hui. \u00ab La GBTA a \u00e9t\u00e9 un fervent partisan et partenaire de cette initiative \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Lorsqu&#039;on lui a demand\u00e9 o\u00f9, selon lui, le syst\u00e8me PreCheck allait le mener, l&#039;administrateur de la TSA a r\u00e9pondu qu&#039;il pensait \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale. \u00ab Id\u00e9alement, j\u2019aimerais int\u00e9grer tout le monde dans un syst\u00e8me de voyageur de confiance. Il devrait \u00e0 terme s&#039;agir d&#039;un syst\u00e8me mondial afin que les voyageurs n&#039;aient pas \u00e0 faire leurs achats sur cinq sites Web gouvernementaux diff\u00e9rents pour trouver le programme qui leur convient.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2075\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/TSA2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"TSA2\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si l&#039;administrateur de la TSA, Neffenger, estime que son agence va dans la bonne direction, il est conscient qu&#039;il reste encore du travail \u00e0 faire. \u00ab Il s\u2019agit par nature d\u2019une interaction stressante et conflictuelle, donc plus nous pouvons nous en \u00e9loigner, mieux c\u2019est. \u00c0 mon arriv\u00e9e, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert une agence qui \u00e9tait dans le chaos et sous le feu des critiques, et nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 nous en \u00e9loigner.
