Ce n&#039;est un secret pour personne que des employ\u00e9s heureux ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus productifs, ce qui pourrait signifier un meilleur r\u00e9sultat pour votre entreprise. Mais qu&#039;est-ce qui motive cette satisfaction au sein d&#039;une main-d&#039;\u0153uvre diversifi\u00e9e en termes de diff\u00e9rences d\u00e9mographiques, d&#039;exp\u00e9rience et de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0? Aujourd&#039;hui, la Fondation GBTA, la branche \u00e9ducation et recherche de la Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), en partenariat avec American Express Global Business Travel, a publi\u00e9 une nouvelle recherche qui explore ce qui motive et impacte la satisfaction des voyageurs d&#039;affaires fr\u00e9quents au fil des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9tude, <em>Satisfaction des voyageurs : Explorer la fracture g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle dans les voyages d&#039;affaires<\/em>, identifie quatre th\u00e8mes cl\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 la satisfaction des voyages d&#039;affaires : r\u00e9servation, productivit\u00e9 pendant le voyage, suivi et reporting et vie personnelle. Parmi ces th\u00e8mes, seules la r\u00e9servation et la productivit\u00e9 pendant le voyage jouent un r\u00f4le dans la pr\u00e9vision de la satisfaction globale des voyageurs d&#039;affaires fr\u00e9quents. Les deux autres sont apparus lors de la ventilation des donn\u00e9es par g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9partition par g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0: ce qui compte le plus pour chaque groupe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9servation couvre tout, de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de fournisseurs parmi lesquels les voyageurs peuvent choisir pour r\u00e9server et comment ils peuvent r\u00e9server \u00e0 la facilit\u00e9 d&#039;apporter des modifications \u00e0 leur voyage et plus encore. Dans l&#039;ensemble, passer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des a\u00e9roports est un domaine de frustration pour les voyageurs d&#039;affaires fr\u00e9quents et des outils comme Global Entry ou TSA PreCheck aident \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer ces tracas. Reconna\u00eetre qu&#039;il n&#039;existe pas de solution \u00ab\u00a0taille unique\u00a0\u00bb est un pas dans la bonne direction pour les entreprises qui cherchent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s, en particulier pour les employ\u00e9s qui voyagent souvent pour repr\u00e9senter ou promouvoir leur entreprise. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles significatives parmi les voyageurs d&#039;affaires fr\u00e9quents, d\u00e9montrant que chaque groupe g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel a des besoins uniques. Les entreprises doivent se concentrer sur le soutien des principaux moteurs de la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et consid\u00e9rer chaque moteur \u00e0 travers une lentille g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thodologie: <\/strong>Un sondage en ligne aupr\u00e8s de 2 025 voyageurs d&#039;affaires aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 du 4 au 19 janvier 2016.
