Depuis fin janvier 2018, vous ne pourrez peut-\u00eatre pas l&#039;utiliser pour voler \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>De 2008 \u00e0 2011, le D\u00e9partement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure (DHS) a autoris\u00e9 $263 millions de subventions pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des permis de conduire et des cartes d&#039;identit\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par l&#039;\u00c9tat. Les subventions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#039;objectif du DHS de mettre en \u0153uvre la REAL ID Act adopt\u00e9e par le Congr\u00e8s en 2005 pour encourager les \u00c9tats \u00e0 adopter des mesures pour une identification plus s\u00fbre.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseiller principal de la Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Howard Goldman, a r\u00e9cemment discut\u00e9 des fa\u00e7ons dont la loi pourrait potentiellement affecter les voyageurs nationaux am\u00e9ricains dans un webinaire intitul\u00e9 <em>Mise en \u0153uvre de la REAL ID Act par la Transportation Security Administration<\/em>. Goldman a pass\u00e9 en revue les normes sp\u00e9cifiques que les \u00c9tats doivent respecter pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme conformes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/GBTA-Webinar-10-26-16_Page_04.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2475 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/GBTA-Webinar-10-26-16_Page_04-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"gbta-webinar-10-26-16_page_04\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Au 13 octobre, il y avait 24 \u00c9tats conformes, 29 non conformes et trois en cours d&#039;examen. Bien qu&#039;il soit dans leur int\u00e9r\u00eat de le faire, des barri\u00e8res l\u00e9gislatives emp\u00eachent certains \u00c9tats de se mettre en conformit\u00e9. Selon Goldman, &quot;Dans la plupart des cas, les DMV aimeraient continuer et se conformer, mais la loi de l&#039;\u00c9tat leur interdit de le faire.&quot;<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/GBTA-Webinar-10-26-16_Page_05.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2476 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/GBTA-Webinar-10-26-16_Page_05-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"gbta-webinar-10-26-16_page_05\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Alors, comment la mise en \u0153uvre de la REAL ID Act vous affecte-t-elle\u00a0? \u00c0 compter du 22 janvier 2018, les voyageurs munis de pi\u00e8ces d&#039;identit\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9es par des \u00c9tats non conformes sans prolongation se verront interdire de voyager aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
