La Fondation GBTA a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate en Europe pour \u00e9tudier comment les acheteurs de voyages europ\u00e9ens calculent les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les h\u00f4tels. Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;enqu\u00eate, le GBTA EU Hotel Committee a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une ressource pour partager les m\u00e9thodes de calcul des \u00e9conomies les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es et expliquer les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de chaque m\u00e9thodologie d&#039;\u00e9conomies.<\/p>\n<p>Les professionnels du voyage sont continuellement mis au d\u00e9fi de d\u00e9montrer la valeur des programmes h\u00f4teliers dans un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 les tarifs augmentent ou changent. Le principal moteur du d\u00e9veloppement de cette ressource par le GBTA EU Hotel Committee \u00e9tait de recommander les meilleures pratiques pour des calculs d&#039;\u00e9conomies sp\u00e9cifiques afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin de normes de l&#039;industrie dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es analys\u00e9es sont issues d&#039;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e en Europe entre avril et juillet 2016 aupr\u00e8s de 112 r\u00e9pondants : Royaume-Uni (28 %), Pays nordiques (23 %), Allemagne (17 %), Espagne (14 %), France (10 %) et autres pays (8 %). En termes de d\u00e9penses h\u00f4teli\u00e8res, 30 % des r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l&#039;enqu\u00eate avaient des programmes de voyage qui d\u00e9pensaient plus de 30 millions d&#039;euros dans les h\u00f4tels, 32 % avaient entre 5 et 30 millions d&#039;euros et 38 % avaient moins de 5 millions d&#039;euros de d\u00e9penses h\u00f4teli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;enqu\u00eate, les m\u00e9thodes de calcul des \u00e9conomies dans la communaut\u00e9 des acheteurs de voyages en Europe sont r\u00e9pandues et il n&#039;existe pas de m\u00e9thode unique d&#039;\u00e9conomie utilis\u00e9e par plus de 80\u00a0% des r\u00e9pondants. Cependant, la m\u00e9thodologie pr\u00e9dominante de calcul des \u00e9conomies est \u00ab le tarif de l&#039;ancien contrat par rapport au nouveau tarif du contrat par nuit\u00e9e sans ajustement des augmentations du march\u00e9 \u00bb (67 %). Les \u00e9conomies sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement calcul\u00e9es sous forme de somme forfaitaire (64\u00a0%) et la principale source de donn\u00e9es la plus populaire est les r\u00e9servations des agences de voyages (71\u00a0%).
