En ce qui concerne la privatisation, il croit que la modernisation est l&#039;objectif et que la privatisation fournit le cadre pour y parvenir. Il a dit, plus important encore, que Delta est favorable \u00e0 la mise en place de la structure et du m\u00e9canisme pour mettre en \u0153uvre la modernisation du syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le du trafic a\u00e9rien de notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux ont discut\u00e9 des investissements de Delta dans d&#039;autres transporteurs et de l&#039;importance des alliances a\u00e9riennes. Les alliances fournissent un cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour se concentrer sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;embarquement dans les a\u00e9roports. Pour que Delta fasse un pas en avant significatif, ils investissent en pensant au client pour \u00e9liminer les coutures entre les compagnies a\u00e9riennes, ce qui signifie des investissements dans d&#039;autres transporteurs.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, \u00e0 mesure que de nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements se d\u00e9roulent dans les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, Bastian envisage que les compagnies a\u00e9riennes s&#039;engagent davantage avec la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure pour optimiser la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ce qui rend tous les voyageurs plus s\u00fbrs.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement fait remarquer que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer une exp\u00e9rience de voyage d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able est de &quot;traiter le client comme nous voudrions \u00eatre trait\u00e9s&quot;. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux jouent un r\u00f4le important dans l&#039;attention port\u00e9e aux exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives et en \u00eatre conscient peut en fait aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les mauvais comportements en tant qu&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3361\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Ed-Bastian-2-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&#039;on lui a demand\u00e9 ce qui allait suivre pour Delta, Bastian a d\u00e9clar\u00e9: &quot;Les gens continueront d&#039;\u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9s et soutenus et c&#039;est toujours le num\u00e9ro un pour nous.&quot; Delta continuera \u00e9galement d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mondialisation de son r\u00e9seau et s&#039;efforcera d&#039;introduire de nouvelles technologies dans son mod\u00e8le commercial.
