Les salaires m\u00e9dians sont \u00e9galement en hausse, augmentant de 7,5 % \u00e0 $98 000.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation GBTA <em>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et avantages 2017 <\/em>L&#039;\u00e9tude se penche sur les salaires, les primes et les avantages des acheteurs de voyages aux \u00c9tats-Unis et r\u00e9v\u00e8le les diff\u00e9rences de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en fonction de divers facteurs, notamment l&#039;exp\u00e9rience, la r\u00e9gion, le poste, les d\u00e9penses de voyage de l&#039;entreprise et le sexe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9CARTS DE R\u00c9MUN\u00c9RATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le plus grand \u00e9cart de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 au niveau du poste. Les administrateurs et les cadres gagnent en moyenne $146 000, soit 40 % de plus que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration moyenne des managers de $105 000. De m\u00eame, les managers gagnent 33 % de plus que les acheteurs d\u00e9butants\/exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s ($79 000).<\/p>\n<p>Le revenu varie \u00e9galement selon la r\u00e9gion. En moyenne, les acheteurs gagnent plus dans le Nord-Est ($119\u00a0000) et l&#039;Ouest\/Pacifique ($115\u00a0000) que dans le Sud ($99\u00a0000) et le Midwest ($97\u00a0000).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tonnamment, il n&#039;y a pas de diff\u00e9rence majeure de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre ceux qui ont un dipl\u00f4me d&#039;associ\u00e9 ou moins et ceux qui ont un baccalaur\u00e9at. Cela contraste avec l&#039;\u00e9tude de l&#039;an dernier, qui r\u00e9v\u00e9lait une diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les deux niveaux de scolarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2017_Compensation_Averages.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3513 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2017_Compensation_Averages.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"536\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les titulaires de la certification GTP\u00ae gagnent en moyenne $112 000, soit pr\u00e8s de 6 % de plus que leurs homologues qui n&#039;en ont pas. La certification Global Travel Professional\u00ae (GTP) est con\u00e7ue pour \u00e9lever les normes de l&#039;industrie, am\u00e9liorer les performances au travail et reconna\u00eetre les personnes qui d\u00e9montrent des comp\u00e9tences de base essentielles \u00e0 la discipline de la gestion des voyages d&#039;affaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA SATISFACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que pr\u00e8s des trois quarts (73 %) des acheteurs soient satisfaits de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, les niveaux de satisfaction sont rest\u00e9s stables depuis 2014. Conform\u00e9ment aux trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, seuls 11 % sont insatisfaits de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En plus des primes et des salaires, les acheteurs se voient offrir une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;avantages destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leur sant\u00e9 et de leur bien-\u00eatre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Pratiquement toutes les entreprises proposent une assurance maladie (98 %), une assurance dentaire (96 %), une assurance vision (92 %), une assurance vie (91 %) et un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 cotisations d\u00e9finies (par exemple 401k) (91 %), m\u00eame si peu sont enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2017Compensation_Benefits.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3514 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2017Compensation_Benefits.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"744\" height=\"231\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les comptes de sant\u00e9 fiscalement avantageux sont r\u00e9pandus et une majorit\u00e9 d&#039;acheteurs indiquent que leur entreprise propose des comptes d&#039;\u00e9pargne sant\u00e9 (82 %) et des comptes de d\u00e9penses flexibles (80 %).<\/p>\n<p>Trois entreprises sur cinq (62%) autorisent les acheteurs \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 domicile et encore plus (73%) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#039;horaires de travail flexibles. De plus, plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55 %) offrent des abonnements \u00e0 des salles de sport ou des r\u00e9ductions.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des circonstances particuli\u00e8res, la plupart des acheteurs sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des cong\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les entreprises offrent fr\u00e9quemment des cong\u00e9s de deuil (93 %) et de maternit\u00e9 (83 %), et la moiti\u00e9 (51 %) offrent un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9. Bien que cela soit conforme aux conclusions de l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la part des entreprises qui offrent un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 est aujourd&#039;hui plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e qu&#039;en 2014 (32 %) et 2015 (38 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00c9THODOLOGIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude est bas\u00e9e sur une enqu\u00eate en ligne aupr\u00e8s de 272 acheteurs de voyages r\u00e9sidant actuellement aux \u00c9tats-Unis et travaillant \u00e0 temps plein. L&#039;enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e du 21 au 30 juin 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude montre l&#039;\u00e9volution annuelle de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration parmi le m\u00eame \u00e9chantillon de r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l&#039;enqu\u00eate. En d&#039;autres termes, les r\u00e9pondants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en 2017 et en 2016. Cette \u00e9tude ne compare pas les r\u00e9pondants au sondage de cette ann\u00e9e aux r\u00e9pondants de l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Par cons\u00e9quent, les chiffres de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de 2016 dans le tableau ci-dessus sont diff\u00e9rents de ceux rapport\u00e9s dans le rapport de l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. <em>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et avantages sociaux 2016 <\/em>\u00e9tude.
