L&#039;\u00e9tude r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e a examin\u00e9 les frictions des voyageurs du point de vue des voyageurs d&#039;affaires et du point de vue du professionnel des voyages g\u00e9r\u00e9s et des ressources humaines. L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait d&#039;identifier les principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels les voyageurs d&#039;affaires sont confront\u00e9s au cours de leur exp\u00e9rience de voyage tout en apprenant ce que les programmes de voyages g\u00e9r\u00e9s et les organisations dans leur ensemble peuvent faire pour am\u00e9liorer cette exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude a demand\u00e9 aux voyageurs d&#039;affaires quels avantages ou commodit\u00e9s avaient un impact sur leur exp\u00e9rience de voyage d&#039;affaires.
