Nous sommes ravis de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cette \u00e9tape importante avec vous tous. Avant le congr\u00e8s, nous publierons chaque semaine des articles de Throwback Thursday (#TBT) sur le blog GBTA partageant des morceaux d&#039;histoire du congr\u00e8s annuel, de l&#039;industrie de la gestion des voyages et de l&#039;histoire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des voyages. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont aid\u00e9 l\u2019industrie du voyage et la Convention GBTA \u00e0 devenir ce qu\u2019elles sont aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 50 ans, GBTA fournit une plate-forme aux professionnels du voyage g\u00e9r\u00e9s pour partager de nouvelles meilleures pratiques, politiques et solutions aux plus grands probl\u00e8mes de l&#039;industrie. Comment tout a commenc\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup d&#039;entre vous savent que la GBTA \u00e9tait auparavant la National Business Travel Association (NBTA) avant de se mondialiser en 2011. Cependant, tout le monde ne se souviendra pas que la NBTA n&#039;\u00e9tait pas le nom original de l&#039;association. Runnion de l&#039;Union Carbide Corporation a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier pr\u00e9sident de la NPTA, faisant preuve d&#039;un leadership fort et contribuant \u00e0 la croissance rapide de la nouvelle association. La premi\u00e8re a eu lieu \u00e0 Washington, DC, en 1968. Nous avons certainement parcouru un long chemin. La Convention GBTA 2018 pr\u00e9sentera plus de 400 entreprises exposantes, un programme comprenant plus de 100 sessions de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et plus de 7 000 participants repr\u00e9sentant plus de 50 pays.
