Dirig\u00e9e par les co-mentors Erin Wilk et Andrew Miller, l&#039;\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de cinq dirigeants passionn\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentant divers secteurs verticaux de l&#039;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Les mentor\u00e9s Norman Gregory III, Kate King, Luther Shoultz, Christopher Thomas et Katharine Williams ont travaill\u00e9 avec leurs mentors dans diff\u00e9rents fuseaux horaires, et parfois dans diff\u00e9rents pays, pour pr\u00e9parer une pr\u00e9sentation sur une question relative \u00e0 l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires et avoir la chance de faire une pr\u00e9sentation lors d&#039;une conf\u00e9rence. S\u00e9ance de formation sur la Convention GBTA.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons r\u00e9cemment repris contact avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe gagnante pour avoir une perspective diff\u00e9rente sur leur implication au sein du programme. Lorsqu&#039;on leur a demand\u00e9 de r\u00e9sumer leur exp\u00e9rience GBTA Ladders en un mot, les participants ont r\u00e9pondu comme suit\u00a0: pr\u00e9cieux, \u00e9clairant, \u00e9panouissant, extraordinaire, connaissant, percutant (et en bonus\u00a0: amusant\u00a0!) et inspirant. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les points \u00e0 retenir du programme, un participant a appris \u00e0 toujours chercher \u00e0 constituer des \u00e9quipes compos\u00e9es de personnes issues de divers horizons, notant l&#039;importance de rassembler un groupe d&#039;individus divers, intelligents et ing\u00e9nieux. Une poign\u00e9e d\u2019autres ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de sortir de leur zone de confort et de relever de front des d\u00e9fis comme parler en public devant de grandes foules.
