Plusieurs ann\u00e9es plus tard, le programme fait cela et bien plus encore.<\/p>\n<p>GBTA Ladders met en relation les leaders \u00e9tablis du voyage d&#039;affaires avec les nouveaux arrivants de l&#039;industrie, offrant aux membres la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9largir leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel dans l&#039;industrie du voyage et des r\u00e9unions, mais aussi de se faire des amis pour la vie. Contrairement aux programmes de mentorat traditionnels avec des relations individuelles mentor-mentor\u00e9, les participants sont r\u00e9partis en \u00e9quipes repr\u00e9sentant divers secteurs de l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires dans le but de mener \u00e0 bien un projet. \u00c0 la fin, les \u00e9quipes peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9senter leur projet lors d&#039;une session de formation \u00e0 la convention GBTA.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la convention GBTA 2018 \u00e0 San Diego, Caitlin s&#039;est entretenue avec les dirigeants du programme, Allison Davis et Will Pinnell, pour discuter du programme mondial de mentorat et de son impact sur notre industrie.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/I7fBVnlmaVw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Les demandes de nouveaux mentor\u00e9s pour la saison 2018-2019 sont maintenant accept\u00e9es.
