SAP Concur a r\u00e9cemment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.concur.co.uk\/blog\/article\/sap-concur-sixth-annual-global-business-travel-survey-whats-driving-business-travel\">ont constat\u00e9 que 36% de <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.concur.co.uk\/blog\/article\/sap-concur-sixth-annual-global-business-travel-survey-whats-driving-business-travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gestionnaires de voyages d&#039;affaires<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.concur.co.uk\/blog\/article\/sap-concur-sixth-annual-global-business-travel-survey-whats-driving-business-travel\"> <\/a>Les compagnies a\u00e9riennes ont estim\u00e9 que le fait de ne pas partager l&#039;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de leur contenu via les canaux traditionnels rendrait leur travail plus difficile. C&#039;est l\u00e0 que des entreprises comme SAP Concur et sa liste croissante de partenaires de contenu NDC apportent leur aide en fournissant ce contenu de mani\u00e8re simple et accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP Concur est fier de compter d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses compagnies a\u00e9riennes utilisant le nouveau Concur Travel pour proposer du contenu NDC. Parmi elles figurent Air France, KLM, American Airlines et United Airlines, et deux autres sont sur le point d&#039;\u00eatre lanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;entreprise a travaill\u00e9 dur pour d\u00e9ployer sa feuille de route NDC en cours pour le nouveau Concur Travel. Cela a commenc\u00e9 en 2021 lorsqu&#039;elle est devenue le premier outil de r\u00e9servation en ligne d&#039;entreprise (OBT) \u00e0 proposer aux clients du contenu NDC. Le d\u00e9ploiement se poursuivra pendant le reste du quatri\u00e8me trimestre, avec Iberia et British Airways comme prochaines compagnies a\u00e9riennes qui seront op\u00e9rationnelles en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces partenariats signifient que les nouveaux clients de Concur Travel et leurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion de voyages (TMC) peuvent \u00e9viter tous frais suppl\u00e9mentaires du syst\u00e8me de distribution mondial (GDS) et acc\u00e9der aux tarifs les plus comp\u00e9titifs et aux services auxiliaires exclusifs propos\u00e9s par les compagnies a\u00e9riennes partenaires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Dear, vice-pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9gional des services aux fournisseurs EMEA chez SAP Concur, a comment\u00e9 : \u00ab Nous continuons \u00e0 recueillir les commentaires des clients et de nos partenaires TMC concernant le nouveau Concur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voyages. Nous avons apport\u00e9 des centaines d&#039;am\u00e9liorations et de perfectionnements au cours des 12 derniers mois et notre innovation se poursuit \u00e0 un rythme soutenu. Plus r\u00e9cemment, nous avons annonc\u00e9 que le contenu de Ryanair est d\u00e9sormais disponible pour les clients Concur Travel via l&#039;int\u00e9gration directe des connexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 GDS, Direct Connect et TripLink, nous continuons \u00e0 offrir aux clients les outils dont ils ont besoin pour obtenir le contenu qu\u2019ils souhaitent, o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils le souhaitent.
