Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/blog\/travel-buyers-looking-to-bring-innovation-to-booking-process\/\">Recherche GBTA 2018<\/a> men\u00e9e en partenariat avec SAP Concur, un tiers des acheteurs de voyages ne savent pas combien de temps il leur faudrait pour confirmer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leur employ\u00e9 en cas d&#039;urgence.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la convention GBTA 2018, le pr\u00e9sident de SAP Concur, Mike Eberhard, a discut\u00e9 avec le directeur ex\u00e9cutif et directeur de l&#039;exploitation de GBTA, Michael W. McCormick, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de sensibilisation qui font d\u00e9faut aux programmes de voyage. Eberhard a soulign\u00e9 que seulement environ un pour cent des programmes de voyage ont quelqu&#039;un disponible pour aider les voyageurs 24h\/24 et 7j\/7.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, ils ont discut\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 uniques pour les femmes et les populations LGBTQ que les programmes de voyage devraient prendre en compte. Les pr\u00e9occupations des voyageuses concernent principalement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 physique, comme l&#039;emplacement et l&#039;h\u00e9bergement. Cependant, les probl\u00e8mes des personnes LGBTQ tournent autour des libert\u00e9s politiques, en particulier dans les communaut\u00e9s qui ne les prot\u00e8gent pas l\u00e9galement.
