Selon Keiper, l&#039;acheteur doit d\u00e9finir d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part des attentes et des d\u00e9lais r\u00e9alistes avec le fournisseur, notamment en lui donnant une date \u00e0 laquelle il est appropri\u00e9 d&#039;effectuer un suivi. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des fournisseurs, Woods a recommand\u00e9 de poser les questions appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;acheteur afin que vous puissiez pr\u00e9senter la meilleure solution\u00a0; \u00eatre franc et clair sur l&#039;ensemble du projet, y compris les ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires qui pourraient \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires, les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires potentiels et tout travail qui doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avant que la solution puisse \u00eatre mise en place.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire regorgeait d\u2019une \u00e9norme quantit\u00e9 d\u2019informations et d\u2019id\u00e9es.
