Bien que cette ann\u00e9e ait \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, je crois fermement que nous sommes tous en position d&#039;influence et que nous pouvons faire partie d&#039;un changement positif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les choses s&#039;am\u00e9liorent-elles pour les femmes dans l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires ou y a-t-il encore du travail \u00e0 faire ?<\/strong><br \/>\nL&#039;industrie du voyage a l&#039;obligation et la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er une industrie mondiale plus \u00e9quitable. J&#039;ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de travailler dans notre industrie qui favorise intrins\u00e8quement l&#039;inclusion en rassemblant les gens. Bien qu&#039;il reste encore beaucoup de travail \u00e0 faire pour cr\u00e9er des r\u00e8gles du jeu \u00e9quitables, j&#039;ai de l&#039;espoir. Alors que nous reconstruisons et r\u00e9imaginons un secteur du voyage plus durable et \u00e9quitable, l&#039;\u00e9quit\u00e9 raciale, la diversit\u00e9 des entreprises et l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes doivent figurer en t\u00eate de liste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels conseils donneriez-vous aux femmes qui d\u00e9butent leur carri\u00e8re dans le voyage d&#039;affaires\u00a0?<\/strong><br \/>\nPrenez des risques, n&#039;ayez pas peur d&#039;\u00e9chouer et de relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis ou opportunit\u00e9s. Mon cheminement de carri\u00e8re n&#039;\u00e9tait pas \u00e9vident; J&#039;ai d\u00fb prendre de nombreux rebondissements en cours de route pour en arriver l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je suis aujourd&#039;hui\u2026 et je n&#039;en suis qu&#039;\u00e0 mi-chemin\u00a0! Cela demande de prendre des risques, de prendre des risques et d&#039;\u00eatre audacieux, mais ce sont les moments o\u00f9 j&#039;ai le plus appris. Sans vous mettre au d\u00e9fi, les opportunit\u00e9s de croissance sont limit\u00e9es.
