Le programme Ladders associe de jeunes \u00e9toiles montantes de tous les secteurs de l&#039;industrie du voyage \u00e0 des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de l&#039;industrie superstar. Essentiellement un programme de mentorat, Ladders donne aux jeunes membres l&#039;occasion d&#039;apprendre directement de certains de leurs coll\u00e8gues plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Comme son nom l&#039;indique, Ladders aidera les jeunes membres talentueux \u00e0 devenir la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leaders dans l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Veuillez comprendre, cependant, qu&#039;il ne s&#039;agit pas d&#039;un programme de mentorat typique\u00a0! De nombreuses entreprises ont leurs propres programmes de mentorat merveilleux o\u00f9 les participants apprennent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences au sein de leur entreprise, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans leur domaine d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Ils ont pour passion de r\u00e9soudre certains des principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les voyages d&#039;affaires d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui et de demain. La combinaison de ce type de talent avec des mentors experts de niveau C qui ont une exp\u00e9rience consid\u00e9rable et des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de r\u00e9ussite \u00e9prouv\u00e9s cr\u00e9e un environnement qui favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et les id\u00e9es qui peuvent transformer l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>Comment fonctionne les \u00e9chelles GBTA ?<\/i><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e du programme, GBTA a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 36 mentor\u00e9s parmi un groupe de candidats hautement comp\u00e9titifs. Nous avons bas\u00e9 les s\u00e9lections sur les m\u00e9rites et les qualifications des individus, y compris leur implication dans la gestion ex\u00e9cutive acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e ou des programmes de gestion similaires au sein de leurs entreprises, et les approbations de leurs pairs et sup\u00e9rieurs. Les 36 mentor\u00e9s se sont joints \u00e0 14 mentors pour former 14 \u00e9quipes coop\u00e9ratives, chacune repr\u00e9sentant un secteur vertical diff\u00e9rent au sein de l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires. Cette approche a permis \u00e0 des mentor\u00e9s aux talents et caract\u00e9ristiques divers de travailler ensemble et d&#039;apprendre les uns des autres. Chaque \u00e9quipe devait d\u00e9velopper une pr\u00e9sentation sur un certain sujet et donner cette pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 un ensemble d&#039;experts de l&#039;industrie. Ces juges ont not\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentation de chaque \u00e9quipe. Les trois \u00e9quipes avec les scores les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s ont fait leur pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 l&#039;ensemble du groupe de participants Ladders, qui a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9quipe gagnante.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> &quot;<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lorsque nous avons form\u00e9 GBTA Ladders, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un environnement qui facilite l&#039;\u00e9change d&#039;id\u00e9es et revigore l&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le secteur du voyage parmi la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de professionnels.
