Il n&#039;est pas surprenant que les co\u00fbts et les \u00e9conomies aient \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des facteurs cl\u00e9s dans les deux r\u00e9gions lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de d\u00e9terminer quelle TMC utiliser.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/TMCsatisfactionstudyPic.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-530\" alt=\"TMCsatisfactionstudyPic\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/TMCsatisfactionstudyPic-300x203.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude, &quot;<i>Ce qui motive la satisfaction des gestionnaires de voyages \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9gard des TMC - Une \u00e9tude en Am\u00e9rique latine et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/i>,&quot; sponsoris\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carlsonwagonlit.com\/\">Voyages Carlson Wagonlit (CWT)<\/a>, ont interrog\u00e9 plus de 500 travel managers d&#039;entreprise en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et en Am\u00e9rique latine afin d&#039;identifier ce qui motive les niveaux de satisfaction des travel managers par rapport \u00e0 leur TMC principal. Les Travel Managers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9valuer leur niveau de satisfaction dans les domaines des \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts, des services, de l&#039;innovation, de la technologie, des outils de r\u00e9servation en ligne, de la gestion des programmes, de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des services globaux.<\/p>\n<p>En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, les co\u00fbts et les \u00e9conomies sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les principaux facteurs de satisfaction, suivis des outils de r\u00e9servation en ligne, de l&#039;innovation et de la technologie. Les gestionnaires de voyages d&#039;Am\u00e9rique latine, cependant, ont accord\u00e9 une grande priorit\u00e9 aux services mondiaux, citant ces services comme un moteur cl\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des services de s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les alertes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 proactives, le suivi des voyages et la consultation en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9taient les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus importants des services de s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 parmi les gestionnaires de voyages en Am\u00e9rique du Nord qui utilisent ces services via leur TMC. Pour l&#039;Am\u00e9rique latine, 84 % des travel managers qui utilisent les services de s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leur TMC ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&#039;ils \u00e9taient satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les \u00e9conomies, les \u00e9conomies d&#039;air ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9es comme l&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important li\u00e9 aux \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts. Dans l&#039;ensemble, 61\u00a0% des Travel Managers en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et 55\u00a0% des Travel Managers en Am\u00e9rique latine \u00e9taient satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits des \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en travaillant avec un TMC.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les services, la technologie et la gestion des programmes, nous avons constat\u00e9 une diff\u00e9rence entre les deux r\u00e9gions. En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, les services des centres d&#039;appels et les mesures de la satisfaction des voyageurs sont les plus importants, tandis qu&#039;en Am\u00e9rique latine, les services sur place arrivent en t\u00eate de liste. En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, les gestionnaires de voyages sont plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 piloter le d\u00e9veloppement technologique et la facilit\u00e9 d&#039;utilisation et le support des services\u00a0; en revanche, pour les travel managers d&#039;Am\u00e9rique latine, la gamme de produits et la qualit\u00e9 sont les principaux facteurs de satisfaction. En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, avoir un point de contact unique pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes est l&#039;aspect le plus important des services de gestion de programme d&#039;un TMC. La mesure des objectifs et la performance des programmes sont class\u00e9es comme les plus importantes en Am\u00e9rique latine.<\/p>\n<p>Les TMC comprennent l&#039;innovation selon le rapport. Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 de tous les travel managers interrog\u00e9s se disent satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits de l&#039;innovation qu&#039;ils voient dans leur TMC.<\/p>\n<p>Les gestionnaires de voyages en Am\u00e9rique du Nord auraient de meilleures exp\u00e9riences avec les outils de r\u00e9servation en ligne via un TMC. Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (63 %) des travel managers en Am\u00e9rique du Nord sont satisfaits ou tr\u00e8s satisfaits de leur outil de r\u00e9servation en ligne, contre environ la moiti\u00e9 (51 %) des travel managers latino-am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport permet de mieux comprendre ce que les travel managers appr\u00e9cient dans leur relation TMC. Environ quatre travel managers sur 10 qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#039;ils sont susceptibles de changer de TMC au cours de la prochaine ann\u00e9e. En comprenant ce qui d\u00e9termine les niveaux de satisfaction, les TMC peuvent se concentrer sur ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifiquement le plus de valeur dans un programme de voyage.<\/p>\n<p>Vous voulez en savoir plus ?
