De nos jours, nous pouvons facilement tout suivre, depuis notre fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, les pas que nous faisons et les calories que nous br\u00fblons jusqu&#039;aux achats r\u00e9cents ou aux gigaoctets de donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9s sur nos smartphones. Les donn\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement abondantes dans notre vie professionnelle et GBTA a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude pour voir quelles donn\u00e9es les Travel Managers utilisent et comment ils les utilisent.<\/p>\n<p>Cette <a title=\"Enqu\u00eate GBTA sur les donn\u00e9es\" href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/foundation\/pressreleases\/Pages\/rls120914.aspx\/?Source=http:\/\/www.gbta.org\/lists\/news\/Allitems_all.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9<\/a> L&#039;enqu\u00eate GBTA aupr\u00e8s des Travel Managers d&#039;Asie-Pacifique et d&#039;Europe a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour mieux comprendre les donn\u00e9es que les Travel Managers utilisent pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions concernant leurs programmes de voyage et pour d\u00e9terminer si les donn\u00e9es dont ils disposent actuellement r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leurs besoins et s&#039;il y a place \u00e0 l&#039;am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude, parrain\u00e9e par Diners Club International, a interrog\u00e9 plus de 300 Travel Managers d&#039;Asie-Pacifique et d&#039;Europe. L&#039;\u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 des Travel Managers en Asie-Pacifique (61 %) estiment que leur organisation r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 utiliser les donn\u00e9es de voyage pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions, telles que l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9lection des fournisseurs, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 des solutions de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts. En revanche, seulement 40 % environ des Travel Managers en Europe ressentent la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DinersBlogPic.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-648\" alt=\"DinersBlogPic\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DinersBlogPic-300x156.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Environ 80 % des Travel Managers en Asie-Pacifique pensent qu&#039;ils savent comment maximiser les donn\u00e9es et les transformer en actions, ainsi que les utiliser pour identifier les options les plus rentables et les meilleures lors de la r\u00e9servation d&#039;un voyage. Environ 70 % des Travel Managers en Europe ressentent la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n<p>Dans plusieurs cas, les personnes interrog\u00e9es en Asie-Pacifique ont estim\u00e9 qu&#039;elles \u00e9taient deux fois plus efficaces que leurs homologues europ\u00e9ens dans l&#039;utilisation des donn\u00e9es de voyage provenant des programmes de cartes d&#039;entreprise et des comptes de voyages d&#039;entreprise. Par exemple, les Travel Managers de la r\u00e9gion Asie-Pacifique utilisent les donn\u00e9es de voyage des comptes de voyages d&#039;entreprise \u00e0 des fins de rapprochement (74 %), de budg\u00e9tisation (67 %) et de gestion des risques et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des voyageurs (44 %). En revanche, seulement un quart environ des Travel Managers en Europe utilisent les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de rapprochement, environ 30 % les utilisent \u00e0 des fins budg\u00e9taires et 20 % les utilisent pour g\u00e9rer les risques et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des voyageurs.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;extraction de donn\u00e9es des syst\u00e8mes de gestion des d\u00e9penses est une autre source de donn\u00e9es utile pour les Travel Managers. L&#039;utilisation est similaire \u00e0 celle des cartes d&#039;entreprise et des comptes de voyages d&#039;entreprise. Les d\u00e9penses totales des compagnies a\u00e9riennes et des h\u00f4tels arrivent en t\u00eate de liste des donn\u00e9es recueillies, puisque 75 % ou plus des gestionnaires de voyages d\u00e9clarent collecter ces mesures.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au traitement des donn\u00e9es, la plupart des entreprises n&#039;ont pas consolid\u00e9 leurs donn\u00e9es de voyage \u00e0 partir de plusieurs sources de donn\u00e9es (49 % en Asie-Pacifique et 59 % en Europe). La consolidation des donn\u00e9es constitue une opportunit\u00e9 pour les Travel Managers des deux r\u00e9gions de minimiser les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au travail avec des sources et des formats multiples et des informations obsol\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que les donn\u00e9es peuvent constituer une ressource extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cieuse pour aider les Travel Managers \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions plus judicieuses pour leur entreprise et leurs coll\u00e8gues.
