{"id":811,"date":"2022-07-20T09:32:49","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T13:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gbta.org\/advocacy-matters\/"},"modified":"2022-08-11T11:33:01","modified_gmt":"2022-08-11T15:33:01","slug":"advocacy-matters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/advocacy-matters\/","title":{"rendered":"Questions de plaidoyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avant de nous lancer dans ce qui sera assur\u00e9ment une ann\u00e9e 2015 mouvement\u00e9e dans l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires, je voulais prendre un moment pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la fois sur les questions critiques de plaidoyer de 2014 et vous faire conna\u00eetre les prochaines \u00e9tapes du processus d&#039;\u00e9tablissement de notre programme pour le l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, des probl\u00e8mes nouveaux et familiers nous ont maintenus tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9s alors que nous luttions contre les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables dans les avions, repoussions les taxes inutiles sur les voyageurs, luttions pour une Administration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des transports (TSA) plus efficace et mettions en place de meilleures protections pour les clients des compagnies a\u00e9riennes.<\/p>\n<p>Le symposium l\u00e9gislatif de juin a vu plus de 100 membres de la GBTA - soutenus par des milliers de lettres, de courriels et de r\u00e9unions de district du GBTA Chapter Challenge - se pr\u00e9senter sur la Colline pour s&#039;opposer \u00e0 une augmentation potentiellement importante des taxes sur les voyageurs d&#039;affaires. La Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants a accept\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;unanimit\u00e9 l&#039;argument de GBTA et a vot\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher la TSA de supprimer le plafond des frais li\u00e9s aux frais de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne du 11 septembre. En d\u00e9cembre, le S\u00e9nat a \u00e9galement vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;unanimit\u00e9 pour adopter HR 5462, r\u00e9tablissant un plafond sur les frais de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 TSA \u00e0 $11,20 par aller-retour au lieu de la taxe potentielle de $30,00.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_401\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-401\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/DSC_1278.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-401\" alt=\"Legislative Symposium 2014\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/DSC_1278-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-401\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Colloque l\u00e9gislatif 2014<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Alors que la GBTA est un fervent partisan de l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de ses programmes de d\u00e9pistage par la TSA, la GBTA a souvent cit\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour la TSA de r\u00e9former ses pratiques au lieu d&#039;augmenter les taxes et les frais impos\u00e9s aux voyageurs. Le Congr\u00e8s a accept\u00e9, adoptant plusieurs projets de loi \u00e0 la fin de l&#039;ann\u00e9e, y compris le r\u00e9tablissement du plafond susmentionn\u00e9, un projet de loi visant \u00e0 transformer les processus d&#039;acquisition de technologies de la TSA et un projet de loi visant \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de mani\u00e8re permanente le conseil consultatif du secteur priv\u00e9 - le Comit\u00e9 consultatif sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne (ASAC). <i>Remarque : GBTA a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pour deux mandats cons\u00e9cutifs au sein de cet important comit\u00e9.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>GBTA vous a \u00e9cout\u00e9, nos membres, quand vous avez dit que le silence \u00e9tait d&#039;or quand il s&#039;agissait de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables dans les avions. La GBTA a mis en garde contre la menace potentielle pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que repr\u00e9senterait l&#039;autorisation d&#039;un acc\u00e8s large bande \u00e9tendu et des appels vocaux dans les avions et poursuivra ce combat avec la FCC et dans les couloirs du Congr\u00e8s en 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/NoCellPhonesBlogPic.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-633\" alt=\"NoCellPhonesBlogPic\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/NoCellPhonesBlogPic-300x300.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le Congr\u00e8s a termin\u00e9 l&#039;ann\u00e9e 2014 en adoptant un projet de loi pour garder le gouvernement am\u00e9ricain ouvert aux affaires. Cependant, nous devrons rester vigilants et nous opposer \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation des voyages comme un pion dans la lutte pour le financement du D\u00e9partement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure en raison du d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel sur l&#039;immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Demain, le 15 janvier, notre comit\u00e9 des relations gouvernementales se r\u00e9unira pour finaliser notre programme politique et l\u00e9gislatif pour l&#039;ann\u00e9e alors que GBTA continue de d\u00e9fendre l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires. Parmi de nombreux probl\u00e8mes, nous suivons l&#039;\u00e9volution de l&#039;industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re, notamment la limitation de l&#039;acc\u00e8s Wi-Fi et les politiques d&#039;annulation variables, ainsi que les probl\u00e8mes des compagnies a\u00e9riennes, notamment le ciel ouvert, la protection des passagers, l&#039;augmentation des taxes sur les passagers, les frais accessoires et les suppl\u00e9ments carburant. Les questions de devoir de diligence dans le domaine du transport terrestre joueront \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans nos discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Le plaidoyer n&#039;est pas une destination, mais un voyage continu.
