La GBTA s\u2019attend seulement \u00e0 ce que ce chiffre augmente. Parmi ceux qui ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne pas avoir mis en place de protocoles de gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages (TRM), 60 % pr\u00e9voient de les adopter au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les taux d&#039;adoption \u00e9lev\u00e9s des protocoles TRM montrent que les entreprises s&#039;engagent \u00e0 garder leurs agents itin\u00e9rants hors de danger. Il est \u00e9galement passionnant de voir des avanc\u00e9es technologiques telles que les applications et les capacit\u00e9s d&#039;envoi de SMS changer le visage des programmes TRM en permettant aux organisations de mieux suivre et communiquer avec leurs employ\u00e9s. Cela permet au voyageur de se concentrer sur ses affaires plut\u00f4t que de s&#039;inqui\u00e9ter des risques ou des incidents potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9tude, <em>Assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des voyageurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages (TRM)<\/em>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sponsoris\u00e9 par Concur Technologies et a interrog\u00e9 plus de 250 gestionnaires de voyages, agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et personnel des ressources humaines pour mieux comprendre combien d&#039;organisations ont mis en place des protocoles TRM ainsi que les fonctionnalit\u00e9s incluses dans ces programmes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En quoi consiste un programme TRM typique\u00a0?<\/strong><br \/>\nLes protocoles TRM incluent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement diverses fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Sept des huit caract\u00e9ristiques ci-dessous sont incluses dans au moins deux protocoles nationaux sur cinq et au moins la moiti\u00e9 des protocoles internationaux.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/TRMBlogPostPic1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-895\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/TRMBlogPostPic1-573x1024.png\" alt=\"TRMBlogPostPic1\" width=\"573\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 quelle vitesse les organisations peuvent-elles localiser tous les employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019un incident survient\u00a0?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de localiser les voyageurs touch\u00e9s par une urgence ou une perturbation, un tiers (30 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent pouvoir localiser tous les voyageurs touch\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el lorsque le besoin s&#039;en fait sentir. Deux personnes sur cinq (20 %) d\u00e9clarent pouvoir localiser les voyageurs en 15 \u00e0 30 minutes et un tiers (31 %) d\u00e9clarent que cela prend plus de 30 minutes. La dur\u00e9e m\u00e9diane estim\u00e9e est de 23 minutes, mais deux personnes sur cinq (20 %) ne savent pas combien de temps cela prendrait.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/TRMBlogPostPic2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-896\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/TRMBlogPostPic2.jpg\" alt=\"TRMBlogPostPic2\" width=\"360\" height=\"316\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les protocoles TRM font une grande diff\u00e9rence lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de localiser les voyageurs. Les organisations nationales et internationales qui ont mis en place des protocoles TRM localisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tous les employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s beaucoup plus rapidement que celles qui ne le font pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technologie<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 des voyageurs d&#039;affaires poss\u00e8dent un smartphone, il n&#039;est pas surprenant que les SMS soient utilis\u00e9s pour communiquer en cas d&#039;urgence. Ce type de cha\u00eene est mieux class\u00e9 que les applications mobiles, probablement en raison de son caract\u00e8re imm\u00e9diat. M\u00eame si les messages SMS sont mieux class\u00e9s que les applications mobiles, ces derni\u00e8res peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en tandem car chacune a une utilisation unique. Bien que les SMS puissent envoyer une notification instantan\u00e9ment et ne puissent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s comme une notification d&#039;application, ils peuvent transmettre un message pour avertir les voyageurs de consulter l&#039;application mobile pour plus d&#039;informations.
