Une connectivit\u00e9 constante gr\u00e2ce au Wi-Fi et aux technologies mobiles permettent aux voyageurs de rester connect\u00e9s que ce soit dans leur chambre d&#039;h\u00f4tel, \u00e0 l&#039;a\u00e9roport ou \u00e0 30 000 pieds. Cette transformation ne fera que s&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et les voyageurs d&#039;affaires exigeront une connectivit\u00e9 permanente et des applications mobiles qui leur permettront de rester en contact 24h\/24 et 7j\/7.<\/p>\n<p>La grande majorit\u00e9 des voyageurs de tous les pays, \u00e0 l&#039;exception du Japon et de l&#039;Allemagne, pensent que l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la technologie leur permet de faire face \u00e0 leurs autres exigences professionnelles lorsqu&#039;ils voyagent (environ 75\u00a0% ou plus en moyenne). De plus, \u00e0 l&#039;exception du Japon (40 %), environ six voyageurs sur 10 dans chaque pays conviennent qu&#039;ils disposent de toutes les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre productifs sur la route.<\/p>\n<p>Les voyageurs pensent que le Wi-Fi est vital pour la productivit\u00e9 du travail \u00e0 tous les niveaux \u2013 Mexique (90 %) ; Br\u00e9sil (87\u00a0%)\u00a0; Canada (83\u00a0%)\u00a0; \u00c9tats-Unis (81\u00a0%)\u00a0; Royaume-Uni (80 %) ; Australie (75\u00a0%)\u00a0; Allemagne (70 %) et Japon (52 %).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/AmExGlobal_WiFi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1035\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/AmExGlobal_WiFi-300x284.jpg\" alt=\"AmExGlobal_WiFi\" width=\"300\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Une majorit\u00e9 de voyageurs dans la plupart des pays pensent que les applications mobiles (fournies par les fournisseurs de voyages, les organisateurs d&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ou les destinations de voyage) ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur exp\u00e9rience globale de voyage d&#039;affaires. En particulier, les voyageurs en Australie (57 %), aux \u00c9tats-Unis (55 %), au Royaume-Uni (55 %) et au Canada (53 %) sont \u00ab d&#039;accord \u00bb ou \u00ab tout \u00e0 fait d&#039;accord \u00bb avec cette affirmation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/AmExGlobal_Apps.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1026\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/AmExGlobal_Apps-300x283.jpg\" alt=\"AmExGlobal_Apps\" width=\"300\" height=\"283\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La soumission de re\u00e7us papier reste la m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9dominante de validation des d\u00e9penses, mais les voyageurs appr\u00e9cient la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;utiliser plusieurs m\u00e9canismes pour soumettre des re\u00e7us\u00a0: re\u00e7us papier, prise d&#039;images de re\u00e7us \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un photocopieur ou d&#039;un scanner et prise de photos de re\u00e7us \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un appareil mobile. De tous les pays, les \u00c9tats-Unis sont le pays qui d\u00e9pend le moins des re\u00e7us papier (52 %). \u00c0 l&#039;inverse, au Japon et au Br\u00e9sil, les voyageurs d&#039;affaires se fient principalement aux re\u00e7us papier (88\u00a0% et 78\u00a0%, respectivement) et affichent \u00e9galement les taux de satisfaction les plus bas.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus, les voyageurs sont ouverts aux nouvelles technologies - telles que les portefeuilles num\u00e9riques - qui leur permettent de suivre les paiements et les d\u00e9penses via leurs appareils mobiles. Sur la base de leur niveau d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9lev\u00e9, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 est plus susceptible de r\u00e9ussir aupr\u00e8s des voyageurs mexicains (74\u00a0%) et br\u00e9siliens (64\u00a0%), par rapport aux voyageurs d&#039;autres pays.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux pour les voyages d&#039;affaires est plus r\u00e9pandue chez les jeunes voyageurs (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 34 ans) que chez tous les autres groupes d&#039;\u00e2ge, ainsi que chez les femmes par rapport aux hommes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l&#039;utilisation des services de transport de l&#039;\u00e9conomie du partage est relativement faible parmi tous les voyageurs - seulement 20 % des voyageurs d&#039;affaires expriment leur int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 utiliser davantage ces services.
