Une nouvelle \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment par la Fondation GBTA, parrain\u00e9e par<a title=\"Sabre Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Sabre_Corp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Sabre<\/a>, a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre les principales responsabilit\u00e9s des gestionnaires de voyages, comment la technologie a chang\u00e9 leur r\u00f4le aujourd&#039;hui et comment la technologie devrait encore changer leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 l&#039;avenir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sabre2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1086\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sabre2-300x134.jpg\" alt=\"Sabre2\" width=\"300\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Voici cinq points cl\u00e9s que vous devriez conna\u00eetre\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En raison des avanc\u00e9es technologiques, la grande majorit\u00e9 (84\u00a0%) des Travel Managers pr\u00e9voient que leur r\u00f4le deviendra plus strat\u00e9gique dans les trois \u00e0 cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es qu&#039;il ne l&#039;est aujourd&#039;hui.<\/strong> avec la technologie mobile, les paiements virtuels et la collecte et l&#039;analyse de donn\u00e9es, tous devraient \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans un avenir proche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sabre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1085\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Sabre-300x234.jpg\" alt=\"Sabre\" width=\"300\" height=\"234\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Soixante et un pour cent<\/strong> des Travel Managers pensent actuellement que <strong>\u00e9valuer et appliquer des solutions technologiques est \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s important\u00a0\u00bb pour leur<\/strong> r\u00f4le et 75 % s&#039;attendent \u00e0 ce qu&#039;il soit \u00ab tr\u00e8s important \u00bb dans un proche avenir.<\/li>\n<li>Une grande majorit\u00e9 - <strong>86\u00a0% des Travel Managers ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir des responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection ou \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la technologie<\/strong>, tels que des outils de r\u00e9servation en ligne, des solutions mobiles ou d&#039;autres logiciels de technologie de voyage.<\/li>\n<li>Les Travel Managers rapportent qu&#039;ils accordent une grande importance \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es de voyage pr\u00e9cises et holistiques, ce qui les aide \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer plus facilement la valeur que leur programme apporte \u00e0 l&#039;entreprise. <strong>70\u00a0% des Travel Managers d\u00e9clarent actuellement qu&#039;ils consid\u00e8rent l&#039;exploitation et l&#039;analyse des donn\u00e9es de voyage comme &quot;tr\u00e8s importantes&quot;, tandis qu&#039;une plus grande proportion - 82% - d\u00e9clarent que ce sera &quot;tr\u00e8s important&quot; dans un proche avenir.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Lors de la discussion sur les solutions technologiques de voyage qui auront une plus grande priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;avenir, <strong>Les Travel Managers mentionnent fr\u00e9quemment les solutions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9<\/strong>, en particulier les applications de r\u00e9servation sur les appareils mobiles.
