Il a examin\u00e9 ce que les voyageurs d&#039;affaires pensent de leur exp\u00e9rience de voyage et comment ces sentiments affectent leurs comportements r\u00e9els li\u00e9s au voyage.<\/p>\n<p>Une version pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de cette \u00e9tude portait uniquement sur les voyageurs d&#039;affaires am\u00e9ricains. Cette deuxi\u00e8me vague, qui a ajout\u00e9 sept pays suppl\u00e9mentaires, montre comment chaque pays se compare \u00e0 l&#039;autre pour chaque composante de l&#039;indice du sentiment. L&#039;indice est compos\u00e9 de sept \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s pour avoir une id\u00e9e de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience globale des voyageurs d&#039;affaires\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SentimentIndexComponents.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1206\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/SentimentIndexComponents.jpg\" alt=\"SentimentIndexComponents\" width=\"794\" height=\"503\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce rapport mondial, le GBTA Business Traveler Sentiment Index\u2122 a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 100. Dans les prochaines it\u00e9rations, l&#039;\u00e9tude montrera comment divers composants ont chang\u00e9 et pourquoi. Le tableau ci-dessous met en \u00e9vidence la diff\u00e9rence de sentiment sur les diff\u00e9rentes composantes. Un nombre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 z\u00e9ro indique que les voyageurs d&#039;affaires de ce pays \u00e9valuent la composante plus favorablement, tandis qu&#039;un nombre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 z\u00e9ro indique des perspectives moins favorables.<\/p>\n<p>Le graphique montre que les voyageurs d&#039;affaires en provenance du Mexique obtiennent des scores sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne pour chaque composante de l&#039;indice. Le sentiment est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec l&#039;exp\u00e9rience des m\u00e9dias sociaux des voyageurs d&#039;affaires mexicains et l&#039;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des entreprises et macro\u00e9conomique. Les voyageurs d&#039;affaires aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Australie et au Royaume-Uni obtiennent tous un score juste au-dessus de la moyenne en ce qui concerne le sentiment g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des voyages d&#039;affaires, tandis que ceux d&#039;Allemagne, du Br\u00e9sil et du Canada obtiennent un score juste en dessous de la moyenne.
