Aucun de nous ne sait ce que l&#039;avenir nous r\u00e9serve, mais nous savons que la vie d&#039;un travel manager en 2020 sera diff\u00e9rente de ce qu&#039;elle est aujourd&#039;hui. Aujourd&#039;hui repr\u00e9sente un point de basculement dans les voyages g\u00e9r\u00e9s avec les attentes croissantes des voyageurs et une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;autres forces travaillant pour augmenter les co\u00fbts et la complexit\u00e9 de la gestion d&#039;un programme efficace. Tout, de la consum\u00e9risation \u00e0 la fragmentation des donn\u00e9es, en passant par les nouveaux mod\u00e8les de fournisseurs, les nouvelles technologies pour les voyageurs et l&#039;attention accrue port\u00e9e au devoir de diligence des voyageurs, a un impact sur les programmes de voyages g\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, il n&#039;est pas surprenant que les gestionnaires de voyages soient soumis \u00e0 une forte pression pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes tout en atteignant les objectifs du programme et en offrant une exp\u00e9rience positive \u00e0 leurs voyageurs. Ce qui a fait le succ\u00e8s d&#039;un programme hier n&#039;est peut-\u00eatre pas synonyme de succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;avenir. Comment savoir par o\u00f9 commencer ?<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous sommes partis avec la Fondation GBTA pour mieux comprendre ce que signifie \u00eatre un gestionnaire de voyages. Nous avons examin\u00e9 les responsabilit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis typiques, la fa\u00e7on dont les \u00e9conomies sont calcul\u00e9es et les KPI les plus utilis\u00e9s. Il s&#039;agissait d&#039;un aper\u00e7u instructif de ce que signifie \u00eatre un gestionnaire de voyages r\u00e9ussi dans l&#039;environnement d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/PressReleases\/Pages\/rls_071515.aspx\/?Source=http:\/\/www.gbta.org\/lists\/news\/Allitems_all.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tout nouveau rapport<\/a> nous avons explor\u00e9 o\u00f9 se dirige le r\u00f4le et \u00e0 quoi il pourrait ressembler dans cinq ans. Alors, comment y arriver lorsque vous \u00eates submerg\u00e9 d&#039;activit\u00e9s tactiques et que vous disposez d&#039;un temps limit\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>La technologie est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le majeur non seulement pour surmonter les d\u00e9fis d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui, mais aussi pour vous aider \u00e0 vous positionner pour r\u00e9ussir demain. Selon la recherche, trois domaines sp\u00e9cifiques se d\u00e9marquent des autres\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Donn\u00e9es<\/strong> \u2013 L&#039;exploitation des donn\u00e9es pour suivre les performances du programme ainsi que pour les activit\u00e9s d&#039;approvisionnement des fournisseurs figurait en t\u00eate de liste des utilisations des donn\u00e9es. Alors que de nombreux gestionnaires de voyages utilisent les donn\u00e9es pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions au jour le jour, moins ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 les utiliser pour une analyse plus strat\u00e9gique. En tant qu&#039;industrie, il reste encore du travail \u00e0 faire car seuls 351 TP2T des gestionnaires de voyages ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre satisfaits des capacit\u00e9s actuellement \u00e0 leur disposition, et environ 6 sur 10 ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les donn\u00e9es sont l&#039;une de leurs trois activit\u00e9s les plus chronophages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobilit\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 Le monde est clairement devenu mobile et les voyages ne font pas exception. Les voyageurs s&#039;attendent \u00e0 \u00eatre connect\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de leur voyage et, selon l&#039;\u00e9tude 80% des Travel Managers, s&#039;attendent \u00e0 ce que la mobilit\u00e9 devienne une priorit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour leur r\u00f4le au cours des 3 \u00e0 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es. La r\u00e9servation mobile et la gestion des itin\u00e9raires, ainsi que le devoir de diligence ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9s comme les principales utilisations de la technologie mobile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paiements<\/strong> \u2013 Alors que dans le pass\u00e9, le paiement \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t une cat\u00e9gorie p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique pour les voyages, il devient beaucoup plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9.
