{"id":969,"date":"2022-07-20T09:38:39","date_gmt":"2022-07-20T13:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gbta.org\/business-traveler-booking-priorities\/"},"modified":"2022-08-11T11:33:15","modified_gmt":"2022-08-11T15:33:15","slug":"business-traveler-booking-priorities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/business-traveler-booking-priorities\/","title":{"rendered":"Priorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9servation des voyageurs d&#039;affaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/PressReleases\/Pages\/rls_092415.aspx\/?Source=http:\/\/www.gbta.org\/lists\/news\/Allitems_all.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Fondation GBTA a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude en partenariat avec Carlson Wagonlit Travel<\/a> qui a interrog\u00e9 plus de 500 voyageurs d&#039;affaires nord-am\u00e9ricains examinant leurs comportements de r\u00e9servation, en particulier en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9servation d&#039;h\u00f4tel, pour en savoir plus sur les priorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9servation et les niveaux de satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&#039;av\u00e8re <strong>les voyageurs ont diverses priorit\u00e9s lorsqu&#039;ils r\u00e9servent des h\u00f4tels pour un voyage d&#039;affaires.<\/strong> Lorsqu&#039;on leur a demand\u00e9 de classer l&#039;importance de sept facteurs influen\u00e7ant une &quot;excellente exp\u00e9rience de r\u00e9servation d&#039;h\u00f4tel&quot;, deux des trois facteurs les plus couramment class\u00e9s dans les trois premiers se concentrent sur le r\u00e9sultat de la r\u00e9servation plut\u00f4t que sur le processus. Les trois principaux facteurs class\u00e9s sont\u00a0: trouver le bon h\u00f4tel pour mes besoins (61\u00a0%), trouver le bon prix (56\u00a0%) et faciliter le processus de r\u00e9servation (53\u00a0%).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CWTbookingstudy_BookingExperienceFactors.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1292\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CWTbookingstudy_BookingExperienceFactors.jpg\" alt=\"CWTbookingstudy_BookingExperienceFactors\" width=\"514\" height=\"744\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Trouver le bon h\u00f4tel pour leurs besoins est une \u00e9vidence pour se retrouver dans les trois principaux facteurs importants pour les voyageurs d&#039;affaires. Plus surprenant, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les entreprises paient souvent la note, c&#039;est que les voyageurs d&#039;affaires se montrent soucieux de trouver le juste prix.
