La tendance se poursuit cette ann\u00e9e puisque les trois quarts des acheteurs sont soit tr\u00e8s satisfaits (27 %), soit satisfaits (49 %) des programmes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration propos\u00e9s par leur entreprise et un nombre croissant de personnes interrog\u00e9es se d\u00e9clarent neutres ou insatisfaites.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CompsAndBenesPicSatisfaction_2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1305\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/CompsAndBenesPicSatisfaction_2015-1024x382.jpg\" alt=\"CompsAndBenesPicSatisfaction_2015\" width=\"700\" height=\"261\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps pass\u00e9 loin du bureau<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les acheteurs de voyages sont r\u00e9partis presque \u00e9galement entre le fait de recevoir une dur\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifique de cong\u00e9 pour des utilisations pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9es (51 %) et une somme forfaitaire de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s (PTO) (49 %). Quel que soit le type de cong\u00e9 propos\u00e9, 79 pour cent des acheteurs d\u00e9clarent se voir proposer un cong\u00e9 de deuil, 71 pour cent un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 et 38 pour cent un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages<br \/>\n<\/strong>M\u00eame si un certain nombre d\u2019avantages pr\u00e9cieux sont offerts aux acheteurs par leurs entreprises, rares sont ceux qui sont enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9s. Presque toutes les entreprises proposent une assurance maladie (99 %), une assurance dentaire (99 %), une assurance visuelle (96 %), une assurance vie (93 %), un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 cotisations d\u00e9finies (par exemple 401k) (93 %) et une assurance invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e ( 90 pour cent). Une majorit\u00e9 de salari\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent que leur entreprise ne couvre qu\u2019une partie des co\u00fbts de chaque avantage. Quatre acheteurs sur cinq d\u00e9clarent que leur entreprise paie int\u00e9gralement le remboursement de la participation aux conf\u00e9rences, le remboursement des associations professionnelles et le remboursement des publications professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui motive la satisfaction ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Les acheteurs tr\u00e8s satisfaits gagnent en moyenne 15 pour cent de plus ($130 000) que l\u2019ensemble des acheteurs. Ils sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de certains avantages par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des acheteurs, notamment le remboursement des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, des horaires de travail flexibles, la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 domicile, l\u2019abonnement \u00e0 une salle de sport et le remboursement des publications professionnelles.
