Au cours de l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, 72\u00a0% des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y ont s\u00e9journ\u00e9 dans l&#039;un d&#039;entre eux pour des voyages d&#039;affaires internationaux. En comparaison, seulement 48 % des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (35-54 ans) et 26 % encore moins des baby-boomers (55 ans et plus) ont utilis\u00e9 un h\u00e9bergement pour s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Qu&#039;est-ce qui est exactement qualifi\u00e9 d&#039;h\u00e9bergement pour s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9\u00a0?<br \/>\nVoici la d\u00e9finition que nous avons utilis\u00e9e pour l&#039;enqu\u00eate\u00a0:<\/strong><br \/>\nUn logement de s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 est d\u00e9fini comme une chambre, une maison ou un type particulier de chambre d&#039;h\u00f4tel couramment utilis\u00e9 pour des s\u00e9jours de courte ou de longue dur\u00e9e. Ces logements sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cuisines ou de kitchenettes ; et peuvent inclure d&#039;autres commodit\u00e9s, telles que : linge de maison, t\u00e9l\u00e9vision(s), nettoyage gratuit, WI-FI, etc. et les h\u00f4tels de s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Au total, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48 %) de tous les voyageurs d&#039;affaires am\u00e9ricains ont utilis\u00e9 un h\u00e9bergement pour s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 au cours des 12 derniers mois lors de voyages d&#039;affaires \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranger. L&#039;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les voyageurs d&#039;affaires internationaux bas\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis sont extr\u00eamement conscients des h\u00e9bergements pour s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s, 90 % d&#039;entre eux ayant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en avoir connaissance avant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&#039;enqu\u00eate. De nombreux voyageurs connaissaient \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rents types d&#039;h\u00e9bergement pour s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/WWStay_AwarenessTypesOfESAs.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1334 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/WWStay_AwarenessTypesOfESAs.jpg\" alt=\"WWStay_AwarenessTypesOfESAs\" width=\"762\" height=\"275\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Approfondissons la r\u00e9partition des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 par \u00e2ge et par sexe. Les femmes (53 %) \u00e9taient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus susceptibles que les hommes (46 %) d&#039;avoir s\u00e9journ\u00e9 dans un h\u00e9bergement de longue dur\u00e9e au cours de l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l&#039;on compare les hommes de diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, les hommes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y (75\u00a0%) ont davantage utilis\u00e9 les h\u00e9bergements pour s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s au cours des 12\u00a0derniers mois que les hommes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (45\u00a0%) et les hommes du baby-boom (23\u00a0%). En ce qui concerne les femmes, les femmes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y (69 %) ont davantage utilis\u00e9 les h\u00e9bergements pour s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s au cours des 12 derniers mois que les femmes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X (55 %) et les baby-boomers (30 %).<\/p>\n<p>Les mill\u00e9niaux (48\u00a0%) sont plus susceptibles de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les locations d&#039;h\u00e9bergement que les h\u00f4tels de s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 (35\u00a0%) pour les s\u00e9jours internationaux de cinq jours ou plus. D&#039;autre part, les Gen X sont plus susceptibles de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les logements meubl\u00e9s (54 %) aux logements locatifs (44 %).<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, en se concentrant sur le genre, nous obtenons un aper\u00e7u des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour les hommes et les femmes. Les hommes privil\u00e9gient les h\u00f4tels traditionnels (72%) par rapport aux h\u00f4tels long terme (62%) et aux meubl\u00e9s (60%).
