Ce matin <a href=\"https:\/\/gbta.org\/fr\/PressReleases\/Pages\/rls_102215.aspx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nous avons publi\u00e9 les conclusions<\/a> d&#039;une nouvelle enqu\u00eate mondiale men\u00e9e par GBTA et son r\u00e9seau de partenaires europ\u00e9ens montrant\u00a0<strong>42 % des acheteurs de voyages interrog\u00e9s ont diminu\u00e9 leurs r\u00e9servations aupr\u00e8s de Lufthansa depuis la mise en place de ce suppl\u00e9ment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, 93 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es n&#039;envisagent actuellement pas la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9server directement sur le site de Lufthansa et 39 % recherchent d&#039;autres transporteurs. Seuls 2 % des acheteurs de voyages interrog\u00e9s ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#039;ils r\u00e9serveraient directement aupr\u00e8s de Lufthansa pour \u00e9viter les frais de 16 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous pensons que la strat\u00e9gie de surtaxe de r\u00e9servation s&#039;est effectivement retourn\u00e9e contre elle.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Les actions qui en r\u00e9sultent d\u00e9montrent la grande valeur que les acheteurs de voyages accordent au r\u00e9seau de distribution existant. Les efforts de Lufthansa pour fragmenter le syst\u00e8me de distribution en augmentant artificiellement les co\u00fbts ne fonctionnent pas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tant que porte-parole de l&#039;industrie du voyage d&#039;affaires et acheteur de voyages d&#039;affaires, GBTA estime que le suppl\u00e9ment est une augmentation de prix directe pour les programmes de voyages g\u00e9r\u00e9s sans avantage correspondant. Cela pourrait \u00e9galement conduire \u00e0 une diminution de la transparence des prix si elle \u00e9tait effectu\u00e9e non seulement par Lufthansa, mais \u00e9galement par d&#039;autres compagnies a\u00e9riennes du secteur.<\/p>\n<p>*L&#039;enqu\u00eate de GBTA aupr\u00e8s des acheteurs de voyageurs mondiaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e en ligne entre le 14 et le 19 octobre.
