McCormick discutiu a import\u00e2ncia dos direitos dos passageiros \u00e0 luz dos eventos recentes com a United Airlines e a American Airlines.<\/p>\n<p>Ao discutir as quest\u00f5es relativas aos direitos dos passageiros, McCormick apontou <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/2016\/06\/08\/gbtas-rules-of-the-road\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regras de tr\u00e2nsito do GBTA<\/a>, apresentado no ano passado na C\u00fapula Legislativa da GBTA. A GBTA desenvolveu estas Regras da Estrada para tornar os sistemas globais de viagens mais seguros, mais seguros e mais confi\u00e1veis e um lugar melhor para conduzir e facilitar os neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n<p>Antes do evento, a GBTA realizou uma pesquisa rel\u00e2mpago de um grupo de seus membros compradores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>64 por cento sentiram que a \u201cDeclara\u00e7\u00e3o de Direitos do Passageiro\u201d n\u00e3o protege adequadamente o viajante de neg\u00f3cios.<\/li>\n<li>69% sentiram que o governo federal, ou seja, o Departamento de Transportes ou a Comiss\u00e3o Federal de Com\u00e9rcio deveria realizar uma revis\u00e3o dos Contratos de Transporte para as companhias a\u00e9reas.<\/li>\n<li>69 por cento tamb\u00e9m sentiram que o teto de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o para \u201cbatidas involunt\u00e1rias\u201d deveria ser aumentado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3007\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.gbta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Bill-of-Rights-Pic.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"786\" height=\"574\" \/><\/p>\n<p>McCormick ent\u00e3o abriu a discuss\u00e3o para os membros que discutiram os pr\u00f3s e os contras da consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria, a import\u00e2ncia do atendimento ao cliente e se a ind\u00fastria preferiria a auto-regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais.
