A GBTA acredita que a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da UE \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria devido \u00e0 atual falta de op\u00e7\u00f5es de viagens multimodais prontamente dispon\u00edveis, apesar da forte demanda. As principais quest\u00f5es a serem abordadas s\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es pouco claras para a combina\u00e7\u00e3o e revenda de servi\u00e7os de mobilidade e a falta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es consistentes sobre emiss\u00f5es. A GBTA recomenda que a Comiss\u00e3o se concentre em garantir o acesso aberto aos dados de transporte para plataformas MDMS, fornecendo dados harmonizados sobre emiss\u00f5es de GEE, garantindo a exibi\u00e7\u00e3o neutra das op\u00e7\u00f5es de viagem para a escolha do consumidor e garantindo servi\u00e7os aos passageiros por meio de um &quot;balc\u00e3o \u00fanico&quot;.
