Teresa Rolack
Senior Account Manager
FCM Travel
Teresa Rolack was born in Naples, Italy to a military family, however spent most of her childhood in South Carolina. After relocating to Long Island, New York, Teresa worked in staffing, education, customer service, consumer brands in administration, finance, and professional services.
She met and fell in love with the travel industry while working at Sleepy’s, now Mattress Firm, 15 years ago. Since that time Teresa has managed travel programs at several companies. In her last Travel Manager role, she was the Global Head of Travel, Expense and Corporate Card Programs for Peloton Interactive. She has since become a Sr. Account Manager for FCM. This has given Teresa the opportunity to work from both sides of the industry.
Teresa also has a passion for diversity and inclusion. She led the Accounting and Finance Diversity strategy at Peloton increasing ethnic diversity by 38%. She is a member of GBTA, the Global GBTA Inclusion and Culture Committee, where she serves as the co-chair, NCBW 100, WINIT, and is the Leader of the Racial Equity ERG for FCTG and has a DEI Certification from Cornell University. Teresa is a proud graduate of Strayer University where she received her B.A. in Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism.
She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she has two adult children, a son-in-law, and a grandson. Teresa enjoys giving back to her community by serving as a reading tutor for elementary school aged children and as a food rescuer with “Feeding Charlotte.” She loves traveling, spending time with her family, fishing, dancing and is a football fanatic who lives for the start of the NFL season.
