AI-Powered Chatbots Gain Popularity Among Business Travelers

Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots are increasingly becoming the go-to companions for those embarking on business trips. In a study titled “Chefsache Business Travel,” done for the German Travel Association (DRV), it has been identified that virtually all business travelers are open to the idea of employing AI-driven advisory chatbots during their journeys. A significant 25% of travelers are already harnessing these tech aides to navigate unexpected situations, like suggesting alternative travel arrangements during disruptions.
