GBTA Risk Committee Relaunches TRM Supplier Capabilities Survey

Call for New and Returning Participants to Align with ISO 31030 Standards

As part of its continued support for ISO 31030:2021 – Travel Risk Management: Guidance for Organizations, the GBTA Risk Committee is relaunching its TRM Supplier Capabilities Survey.

This initiative maps Allied member capabilities against seven key sections and nineteen specific guidance areas of ISO 31030, providing clarity on how supplier offerings align with industry best practices. The survey helps demonstrate how suppliers support the implementation of ISO 31030 within a travel risk management program and provides valuable insight into the range of capabilities available across the industry.

The GBTA Risk Committee invites:

  • Allied members offering travel risk management products or services to participate in the project, and
  • Current participants who would like to validate or update their capabilities and submit additional evidence in support of specific guidance areas.

All submissions are reviewed by independent GBTA TRM Survey Reviewers, who evaluate responses and supporting documentation to confirm alignment with ISO 31030. Reviewers may follow up directly with suppliers to clarify submissions or request further detail as needed.

To participate or learn more about the process, please contact trm@gbta.org.
