GBTA Holds Annual Business Meeting for 2024, Announces 2025 Board Election Results
Yesterday, GBTA conducted its Annual Business Meeting featuring key highlights and achievements for 2024. Held virtually, the meeting gave an overview of the association’s audited 2024 financial performance, along with major milestones in core areas. The agenda also covered what’s ahead for GBTA constituents for the remainder of 2025, including the GBTA Convention in Denver, July 21-23.
“Thank you to everyone who contributed to our GBTA community’s success in 2024. Your participation and expertise are what make our global network so vibrant and relevant every day,” said Suzanne Neufang, CEO.
Board President, Mark Cuschieri opened the meeting and also announced the results of the 2025 GBTA Board of Directors Election. The elections process began in March and ended July 8 when voting closed. GBTA members worldwide could vote for five open board seats, with members in their respective regions voting for an additional three open director seats representing Asia Pacific, Canada and Latin America. GBTA thanks all candidates who put their names forward for a position this year, and congratulates those newly elected who begin serving their Board terms July 23 at the close of Convention:
