Asia – U.S. Routes Rank Highest for Jet Lag Recovery

Business travel jet lag is most severe on direct routes from Asia to the United States, according to research compiled by Booking.com for Business. The analysis estimates that travellers on the highest-ranked routes may require up to 11 days to recover.

The business travel platform combined findings from circadian rhythm studies with flight duration, effective time-zone changes and estimated recovery periods. It then identified the direct, long-haul business routes most likely to cause significant jet lag.
