GBTA Foundation Welcomes Jeanne Liu as New Vice President of Research

Alexandria, VA (March 16, 2016) – The GBTA Foundation – the education and research arm of the Global Business Travel Association – today announced Jeanne Liu has joined GBTA as the new Vice President of Research. Ms. Liu will oversee the GBTA Foundation’s renowned research department, which produces the most timely and accurate research for the business travel industry.

“The GBTA Foundation’s research team has consistently delivered industry leading insights that help GBTA members make critical decisions and also drive change and innovation in the industry,” said Daphne Bryant, GBTA Foundation executive director. “We are so pleased to have Jeanne join as the new leader of our research team and are confident that she will not only continue to deliver on the high standards expected from GBTA research, but also lead us to new heights in delivering research that matters to the business travel industry.”

Ms. Liu is a market research leader with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, human-centered design techniques, competitive intelligence, powerful communications, innovation and new product development skills. She previously worked as the Director of Consumer Research at Brand USA, the public-private partnership responsible for launching the United States’ first-ever nationally coordinated tourism marketing effort. Before that, she was a Senior Manager at Marriott International where she conducted qualitative and quantitative research for all of Marriott’s digital presence. Ms. Liu will be based at the GBTA headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
