But exactly what it ChatGPT and how can you maximize it to create efficiencies in your travel program and enhance the traveler experience? Please join us at our next GBTA Oregon Connect where GPTChat expert Theo Szymanksi will answer these and many other questions as you navigate this powerful and useful technology.
During this session, Theo will help us unleash the full power of ChatGPT to assist in our day-to-day activities. He will demonstrate several relevant basic, intermediate and expert ChatGPT prompts along with their widely varying outputs. When creating a ChatGPT prompt, Theo will show the importance of: context, purpose, identity, recipient, output format, etc. He’ll also demonstrate ChatGPT’s ability to analyze, summarize and interpret a PDF travel policy, large data files (e.g., Excel), in addition to creating a highly customized image.

Presenter: Theo Szymanski is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in corporate travel technology. Having lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong and India, Theo relocated to the US in 1996, where he held various sales roles with United Airlines, Trondent, Sabre and TRIPBAM. In his present role as Head of Global Enterprise Sales at SkyLink, Theo consults with corporate travel & procurement leaders, helping them integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into their programs. Theo is based in Orlando, Florida.
