Maximising Duty of Care: Choosing Your Safest “Last Mile” Option for Business Travel
Nov 20 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - CET
As business travel adapts to shifting economic conditions, managed travel programmes must revise their policies to align with corporate objectives while addressing employee needs. GBTA, in partnership with FREENOW for Business, will present key findings from a recent survey of business travellers and travel managers across several European countries. This study examines the “last mile” duty of care—the final segment of a journey from a transportation hub to the destination—in four markets: Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Spain. The webinar will address:
• Corporate policies and challenges related to ground transport
• Perceptions of how ground transport affects traveller safety
• Preferences and views of business travellers regarding ground transport and last mile duty of care
This information will be particularly valuable for both buyers and suppliers. The webinar will provide insights into the changing landscape of ground transport safety, the role of sustainability in the mobility ecosystem, and how business travellers and travel managers perceive transportation options, particularly concerning last mile transport.
