REGISTRATION HOURS:

  • Location: 2nd Floor, Grand Ballroom Pre-Function Area/Lobby
THINK SUSTAINABLY!

Please bring your refillable water bottle – there are conveniently located water refilling stations on every floor of the hotel, including outside the Grand Ballroom.  All meeting rooms will have water stations as well, so you can keep hydrated throughout the day!

AVERAGE TEMPERATURE:

Daily highs mid-70’s (23-25 degrees Celsius) with lows in the mid-50s (13-15 degrees Celsius).

DRESS CODE:

Business Casual for the meetings. Please note the meeting room may be cool so a light jacket is recommended. For off-site activities, casual dress is acceptable.
