Website banner ads are shown across GBTA websites to all visitors. Banners are live for up to 3 months and the banners point to your website. GBTA offers the following banner sizes:

Advertising with the remarketing or retargeting ad network allows you to share your message with corporate travel professionals across the web. To run a retargeting ad, you must provide:

  • Final URL
  • Business Name
  • Up to 15 images
    • Minimum 1 landscape image (recommended 1200 x 628)
    • Minimum 1 square image (recommended size 1200 x 1200)
  • 30 character headline (minimum 1, up to five headlines)
  • 90 character long headline (minimum 1, up to five headlines)
  • 90 character description (minimum 1, up to five descriptions)
  • Optional logos (maximum of five)
    • Landscape logo must be 4:1, recommended size 1200×300
    • Square logo must be 1:1, recommended size 1200×1200

LinkedIn sponsored posts are shared organically in the GBTA feed. Content is denoted as sponsored in the copy. GBTA does not tag individual people, only companies in the posts. Please submit the following for a LinkedIn post:

  • Less than 3,000 characters.
  • Image size must be 744×400
  • Image file type must be PNG, JPEG, or GIF
  • We recommend you link to a page where you can capture visitor information
