WINiT Summit: The Power of Possibility

The WINiT 2025 Summit titled “The Power of Possibility” is a day-long event designed to inspire leadership, mentorship, and personal branding with a focus on gender parity and empowerment.

Together, we’ll workshop your professional value statement and craft a compelling brand descriptor that helps others instantly “get” what you bring. You’ll leave with authentic, powerful messaging and a chance to practice and build your confidence in sharing it.

A powerful session highlighting how organizations can accelerate progress toward gender equality by becoming signatories of the UN Women Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). The Secretariat will share best practices, global benchmarks, and how the WINiT Path to Parity aligns with this global movement. The session will include a call to action for companies and individuals to commit to equity in leadership and the workplace.
