A room block has been secured for the duration of the summit. Hotel accommodations can be secured through the reservation link or by calling the hotel directly at (512) 476-3700. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, GBTA Ladders Summit, at the time the reservation is made to receive the special group rate.
The reservation cut-off date is MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2025. Reservation requests received after this deadline date will be subject to availability and the prevailing rate.
Room Rates:
Single/Double, City View: $299.00 (plus applicable taxes, currently 6% State Occupancy Tax; 11% City Occupancy Tax 1.5% Texas Recovery Fee, subject to change).
The group rate will be extended from 5/16 – 5/26/25, based on availability.
Guarantee & Deposit Policy:
Deposit of $355.08 is due at time of booking.
Hotel room, tax, incidentals, airfare and other expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

Room Cancellation Policy
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Cancel by 12:00PM CDT on 16-MAY-25 to avoid $355.08 penalty.
