Leslie draws upon over 20 years of expertise in all facets of the Hospitality Industry and Higher Education. She has been asked to serve in various leadership capacities, from leading global travel programs to being an international school’s academic dean. Leslie is the Global Director of Category Management for JLL, an ad hoc Professional Development Trainer, and a Coach. Her educational experience includes college instruction, curriculum design, faculty development, and mentoring of adult learners.

Connie Smith is the Global Travel Manager for McCain Foods Limited. Connie has 19 years of travel industry experience. In 2011, Connie began working with McCain Foods tasked with the responsibility to implement both a global travel and corporate card program where her role has developed into managing both global programs and supporting the global expense management platforms. In collaboration with several departments across McCain’s organization, Connie leads program supplier sourcing in all travel industry categories and maintains close relationships with suppliers & travel partners.
Connie has been a GBTA member since 2011, achieved the GTP designation, named into the GBTA Masters Honors 2016, and has completed the GLP designation program. Connie lives and works in Florenceville, New Brunswick, Canada.
