Proposals for Convention and Conferences
GBTA seeks industry professionals to contribute new ideas, solutions, and innovations for current issues and challenges that confront the travel industry. If you have an interesting session concept, you are invited to submit a written proposal for an upcoming GBTA event.
GBTA Convention and Conference education sessions consist of 45 minute sessions. GBTA accepts proposals on a rolling basis and will be evaluated based on event timelines. Please note, proposal timelines differ for each GBTA event. There is no limit to how many proposals you can submit per event. However, if you would like to have your proposal considered for multiple events, you must submit one proposal per event.

Proposals for Online Programs
GBTA seeks professionals to contribute new ideas, solutions, and innovations to current business travel topics and challenges. If you have an idea for a GBTA webinar or are interested in serving as a speaker, please submit a proposal below.
GBTA online programs are comprised of 60-minute webinars focusing on industry trends, best practices, and new solutions as well as 90-minute online training sessions with defined learning objectives, designed to increase the skills, knowledge and abilities of participants. Presenters should allot time for a question and answer session within the program time frames.
A member of the GBTA Professional Development team will be in touch with you to schedule a webinar if the proposal is accepted. Individuals are welcome to submit proposals year-round. Proposals promoting specific products or services will not be accepted.
