Sales Expert Tammy Gillis Hones Critical Leadership Skills

Alexandria, VA (April 3, 2019) – WINiT by GBTA, a network driving positive change for the career mobility of women in the travel-related industries, announced today that CEO of Gillis Consulting and Training, Inc., Tammy Gillis, will share valuable insight on how to build a team of sales leaders at WINiT Summit 2019 – Chicago on August 3 at McCormick Place.

During her session, Persuasion and Influence: The Ability to Persuade and Influence Others is a Critical Leadership Competency, Gillis will discuss how to develop a sales-focused team through a framework that empowers professionals to lead and influence people in any situation. Gillis brings 25 years of sales experience to her training program for the travel and hospitality industry. With a focus on building leadership skills throughout the sales organization, her approach drives bottom line results for her clients.

Gillis joins keynote speaker Colonel Malachowski on the agenda. Malachowski will share her experiences and setbacks paving a new path and culture for women in the military.
